I was turning 65 and was searching for the best option for Medicare. I did my initial due diligence and then went looking for an agent that would look after my best interests. Every agent I spoke with strongly recommended I get an Advantage plan with zero premiums and other coverages. But, I would be giving up control over what is covered and what isn’t. The insurance companies would be in charge. Then I met with Sheri Ferguson. She told me that the basic government Medicare Part A and Part B would be the smartest choice, and my doctor and I would be in charge of what is medically necessary. She said, “Why would you ever give up control?” She also informed me of the difference between Plan G and Plan N Medigap Supplemental options. She helped me select the best Plan D prescription option as well. Sheri was the only agent that was looking out for my best interests. All the others were looking to get the highest commission for themselves. Thank you Sheri.

We contacted when we were planning on retiring and needed Medicare supplemental insurance. She was extremely helpful in showing and explaining all our options. Unfortunately, for her, we decided not to retire at that time. Then we moved to California. Again, when my wife was ready to retire we contacted Shari for help. Even though Shari, because she is in Texas, could not sell us the insurance she was again very helpful and guided us. We really appreciate her help and professional support, beyond call of duty.
